Frostine

I was inspired to paint after watching videos by suziblutube last night, and I stayed up until 4 working on this, with acrylics. The title is "Frostine" only because I couldn't think of anything clever.

Helen Mirren as Elizabeth I, Sirius and Remus, and McGonagall cursing a bunny tail onto Umbridge. All done in copics, and the last one partially with colored pencils. and the background on the last two were done on the computer.

I finally bought "Elizabeth I" on DVD!! And before I even watched it, I sketched out a picture from the dvd case.

(It's Helen Mirren, btw.)

I've been coloring it with copics and it's almost finished now.

There are tons of films about Queen Elizabeth I, but this one is my favorite of the ones I've seen. Helen is amazingly good at all the tantrum bits.

I watched one of the episodes today, and drew Diana as Adela Bradley in one her stylin' getups. =)

I am currently obsessed with ballroom dancers, it's crazy! Anywho, I was watching Take The Lead again, and started to draw this, and now I'm painting it in watercolor. =)

Molly (DH spoilers)

Aaaah! I've made Molly look utterly evil!! and I hate colored pencils.

Okay, I just suck at using them.

I don't know if Molly used the killing curse on Bella or not, but I think she certainly would have been furious enough to do it.

McGonagall was awesome! and her herd of charging desks!!

I wonder what became of Umbridge. I hope she's absolutely miserable. Maybe Kingsley made her clean the ministry toilets or something.

Well, this is a crappy picture, because I took it with my phone. But anyways, if you can see, this is the painting I have been working on in my watercolor class. I just have the background to go now! Classes are on a break for summer, but my teacher is letting me help her with framing in exchange for time to finish my painting. =D

Good Times

Well, It seems I've been working on this one forever, and here it finally is! And just in time for the book too. =)

I had some problems with Sirius' face, and I'm still rather annoyed by that. Over all though, I'm happy with it. My orange copic pen is running rather dry though... =P

Oh, and in case you live under a rock, this is Remus Lupin, Sirius Black, & James and Lily Potter. Who all belong to the amazing JK Rowling.
